1. Ticket Booking & Cancellation
- Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
- Online booking confirmation must be shown at the entrance (SMS/Email).
- Rights of admission reserved.
2. General Rules
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the cinema premises.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Children aged 3 years and above require a separate ticket.
3. 3D Glasses
- 3D glasses are provided free of charge for 3D movies.
- Please return the glasses at the exit after the show.
- Damaged or lost glasses will be charged.
4. Safety & Security
- Patrons are requested to cooperate with security checks at the entrance.
- The management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
